1970년대 뉴욕 지하철에 그래피티 활동을 시작한 퓨추라는 텍스트 중심의 그래피티에 추상적인 요소를 적용해 스트리트 아트의 패러다임을 바꾼 전설적인 아이콘입니다. 그의 자유로운 감각을 바탕으로 설립된 ‘FUTURA LABORATORIES’는 예술과 패션, 디자인의 경계를 넘나드는 실험적인 프로젝트를 이어오고 있습니다.

이번 협업을 기념해, 디스이즈네버댓 성수 플래그십에서 특별한 이벤트를 진행합니다. 아티스트 퓨추라와 ‘All Gone’의 마이클 그리고 크리에이티브 디렉터 이규범이 함께하는 ‘토크 세션’과 ‘북 사이닝’을 통해 디스이즈네버댓과 만난 그의 독보적인 아카이브를 경험해 보세요.

thisisneverthat is proud to announce a collaborative collection with FUTURA LABORATORIES, the creative studio of legendary American abstract artist, FUTURA.

Starting his journey in the 1970s New York City subway scene, FUTURA is a pioneering icon who shifted the paradigm of street art by introducing abstract elements to traditional text-based graffiti. Built on his free-spirited vision, FUTURA LABORATORIES continues to push boundaries through experimental projects across art, fashion, and design.

To celebrate this collaboration, we’re hosting a special event at the thisisneverthat Seongsu flagship store.

Join us for a talk session and book signing featuring artist FUTURA, Michael Dupouy of ‘All Gone’ and creative director KB Lee. Experience his unrivaled archive through the lens of thisisneverthat.
